Gracie is the executive chef and owner of The Graceful Gourmet. She grew up in the Marina District of San Francisco, where she developed a palate for cultural cuisines and cross fusion recipes. After spending fifteen years in executive positions at Ford Motor Company and General Motors, she left the Fortune 500 world to explore her culinary passion and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts of Seattle in 2008.
She immediately became Head Chef at Mondolino’s Italian Restaurant in Seattle where she also launched and taught sold-out cooking classes for couples called “Romance in the Kitchen.” She was then named Assistant Executive Chef for the six iconic Duke’s Restaurants in the Puget Sound area. Finally, in 2010 Gracie moved to California and launched The Graceful Gourmet concept.
The Graceful Gourmet catering provides inspired menus with restaurant caliber cuisine, impeccable service and trend-setting design for our clients. Using traditional as well as organic and locally sourced ingredients, we are proud to be the one of the most unique catering companies in Northern California.
